Brisket Marinade
Brisket Marinade is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 to 2 c. worcestershire sauce, 1/2 c. lemon juice, 1/2 to 1 c. drinking wine, salt to taste and pepper to taste, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

The night before you cook your brisket, place brisket in pan large enough for the marinade to cover half the brisket.
Mix all ingredients together and pour enough to cover 1/4 of brisket.
