Brijolli
Brijolli is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 1/2 lb. round steak, sliced thin, 3 to 4 c. bread crumbs, 1 c. grated romano cheese, dash of pepper, basil, salt and oregano to taste and 1 egg, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Mix crumbs, cheese, seasonings and egg.
Add enough oil to mixture to make it hold together when squeezed.
Cut meat into 4 x 4-inch pieces.
Fill each meat square with stuffing mixture.
Roll up and tie with string.
Brown meat in frying pan with small amount of oil.
Place meat rolls in Ragu sauce; cook for at least 2 hours, covered.
