Brie En Croute
Brie En Croute is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (15 oz.) mini brie, 1/2 lb. fresh mushrooms (washed and thinly sliced), 1 tbsp. maderia or dry sherry, 1 tbsp. butter and 1 sheet frozen puff pastry, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Saute the mushrooms in butter and maderia until tender and they give up their juices.
Drain.
Slice brie in half horizontally.
Place half the mushrooms between the slices of brie.
Put the brie back together and place the remaining mushrooms on top.
