Brown meat; stir in barbecue sauce and onion.
Prepare macaroni dinner as directed on the package except use 1/2 cup milk. Layer half the dinner in a 10 x 6-inch baking dish.
Cover with meat mixture.
Top with remaining dinner.
Cover and bake at 350Β° for 25 to 30 minutes.
