Brian's Kahlua Liqueur
Brian'S Kahlua Liqueur is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 c. sugar, 3 c. water, 1 c. instant coffee, 1 tsp. salt and 1/4 c. vanilla extract, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Combine all ingredients, except vodka.
Boil on low heat for 1 hour.
Let cool to room temperature.
Add vodka.
Blend together and pour into brown bottles for storage.
Makes approximately 2 gallons.
