Breakfast Take Alongs
Breakfast Take Alongs is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2/3 c. butter or margarine, 2/3 c. sugar, 1 egg, 1 tsp. vanilla and 3/4 c. flour, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Beat together until well blended the butter, sugar, egg and vanilla.
Add the combined flour, soda and salt; mix well.
Stir in oats, cheese, wheat germ and bacon.
Drop by rounded tablespoonfuls onto greased cookie sheet.
Bake at 350Β° for 12 to 14 minutes or until edges are golden brown.
Cool 1 minute on cookie sheet; remove to wire cooling rack.
Store in loosely covered container. Yield: about 3 dozen cookies.
