Breakfast Squares
Breakfast Squares is an easy dinner. Made with 10 slices bread, 6 eggs, 2 c. milk, 1 lb. mild pork sausage, cooked and crumbled and 2 c. cheese, grated, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.
The night before, cut bread slices into small cubes.
Beat together eggs and milk.
Add bread cubes and allow to soak.
Cook sausage and drain well.
Lightly grease 11 x 7-inch glass baking dish.
Layer sausage and cheese in dish.
Pour egg mixture on top and mix gently.
Refrigerate overnight.
In the morning, bake in a preheated oven at 400Β° for 40 minutes or until a knife inserted in center comes out clean.
Yields 8 servings.
