Breakfast Soufflé
Breakfast Soufflé is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 pkg. pillsbury biscuit mix, 1 pkg. sausage or bacon, 4 to 6 shredded potatoes, 6 eggs and milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Preheat oven to 450°.
Cook the potatoes in skillet until they are just starting to brown.
Fry the sausage and/or bacon. Lightly grease a cake pan.
Press the biscuit dough into the pan until the bottom is covered.
Bake for 2/3 of the recommended time (about 8 minutes).
Press the biscuits down again.
Layer sausage and/or bacon in the biscuits.
Top with the cooked shredded potatoes.
Whip the eggs in a bowl with some milk and pour mix over potatoes.
Top with shredded cheese.
Bake for 20 minutes or until done.
