Breakfast Soufflé
Breakfast Soufflé is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 8 slices white bread, buttered on both sides, 5 eggs, beaten with milk and seasonings, 3 c. milk, 1/2 tsp. dry mustard and 1/2 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.
Place buttered bread in bottom of 9 x 13-inch pan.
Pour eggs, milk and seasoning mixture over bread.
Crumble meat over this. Cover with grated cheese, American or Cheddar.
Refrigerate overnight, covered.
Bake at 300° for 30 to 40 minutes, covered. Uncover and continue another 30 to 40 minutes.
