Breakfast Shake is an easy dinner. Made with 1 c. milk, 1 c. orange juice, 1 c. wheat germ or cornflakes, 1 egg and 2 tbsp. honey or maple syrup, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Put all ingredients in blender and blend on a maximum speed for about 1 minute.
Drink immediately.
Yields 2 1/2 cups.
