Breakfast Quiche
Breakfast Quiche is an impressive dinner. Made with 14 slices bacon, cooked, 1/4 c. onion, chopped, 1/4 c. green pepper, chopped, 1 tbsp. butter or margarine and 3/4 c. swiss cheese, grated, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.
Crumble 10 pieces bacon.
Set aside.
Saute onion and green pepper in butter.
Alternate a layer of the cheese, bacon, onion and pepper mixture, and mushrooms on each pastry shell.
In a small bowl blend together lightly beaten eggs, milk, flour, salt, Worcestershire sauce and basil.
Pour half the mixture over each pie.
Bake at 375Β° for 35-40 minutes.
It is done when knife comes out clean.
