Breakfast Quiche
Breakfast Quiche is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. sausage, 6 large eggs, slightly beaten, 1 c. grated cheddar cheese, 1 tsp. dry mustard and 6 slices white bread, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.
Cook and drain sausage, remove crust and cube bread.
Slightly beat eggs.
Mix sausage, eggs and bread together.
Add cheese. Mix milk, salt and mustard; add to other ingredients by pouring over the top in a 9 x 13-inch pan.
Refrigerate for at least 12 hours or overnight.
Bake, uncovered, at 325Β° for 45 to 60 minutes (until browned on top).
