Breakfast Quiche
Breakfast Quiche is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. smoked sausage, sausage links or ham, cooked and cut up, 1/2 c. grated swiss or mozzarella cheese, 1/2 c. cheddar cheese strips, 1/3 c. chopped onion and 4 eggs, beaten, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Mix eggs and milk together with flour.
Layer meat, onion and 1 layer of cheese on bottom of dish.
Pour mixture of eggs, milk and flour over it.
Make another layer of cheese and mixture and cheese.
Repeat until all is used.
Bake at 350Β° for 45 minutes or until brown on top.
