Breakfast Quiche
Breakfast Quiche is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 7 slices bread, buttered and cubed, 1 1/2 lb. loose sausage, fried, crumbled and drained on paper towel, 2 c. cheddar cheese, grated, 6 eggs and 2 c. half and half, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Beat 6 eggs.
Put in half and half, salt and dry mustard. Have a dripping pan and put bread cubes in bottom of pan.
Put sausage over bread, then cheese.
Last pour egg mixture over. Cover and refrigerate at least 8 hours.
Bake at 350Β° for 40 to 50 minutes.
