Breakfast Pizza
Breakfast Pizza is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. bulk sausage, 1 (8 oz.) pkg. refrigerated crescent rolls, 1 c. frozen hash brown potatoes, thawed, 1 c. sharp cheddar cheese, grated and 5 eggs, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Cook sausage until brown; drain.
Separate crescent dough into 8 triangles.
Place in an ungreased 12-inch pizza pan with points toward the center.
Press over bottom and up sides to form a crust; seal perforations.
Spoon sausage over crust; sprinkle with potatoes.
Top with Cheddar cheese.
Beat eggs together with milk, salt and pepper.
Pour into crust.
Sprinkle Parmesan cheese over all.
Bake at 375Β° for 25 to 30 minutes.
