Breakfast Pizza
Breakfast Pizza is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. sausage, 1 (8 oz.) pkg. pizza crust mix or 1 can crescent rolls, 1 c. cheddar cheese, 1 c. mozzarella cheese and 6 eggs, beaten, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.
Cook sausage until brown.
Set aside.
Separate crescent rolls into 8 triangles with points to the center of pizza pan. Press bottom and sides to form crust.
Bake at 375° for 5 minutes on low rack of oven.
Crust will be fluffy.
Spoon sausage over dough.
Sprinkle on cheeses.
Combine eggs and next 3 ingredients. Pour over sausage mixture.
Bake at 350° for 30 to 35 minutes.
