Breakfast Pizza
Breakfast Pizza is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 can crescent rolls, 1 lb. sausage, fried, 2 or 3 baked potatoes, diced, 1/2 c. mozzarella cheese and 1/2 c. mild cheddar cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.
Lightly grease 9 x 13-inch pan.
Pat crescent rolls on bottom of pan.
Next layer on the baked potatoes, Mozzarella cheese and Cheddar cheese.
Beat together eggs with water and pour over the top.
Add sausage.
Preheat oven to 375Β° and bake for approximately 25 minutes.
May substitute ham or bacon for sausage.
You may also like to add green pepper or onion.
This is good for a crowd.
