Breakfast Pizza
Breakfast Pizza is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. sausage, 1 pkg. crescent rolls, 1 c. frozen hash browns (i use 1 potato and cook a little in microwave), 1 c. sharp cheese, shredded and 5 eggs, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

In a skillet, cook sausage until browned; drain.
Separate dough into 8 triangles.
Place in an ungreased 12-inch pizza pan with points toward the center.
Press over bottom and up sides to form a crust; seal perforations.
Spoon sausage over crust and sprinkle with potatoes, then top with cheese.
In a bowl, beat together eggs, milk, salt and pepper.
Pour into crust.
Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese over all.
Bake in a 375Β° oven for 25 to 30 minutes.
Makes 6 to 8 servings.
