Separate crescent dough into 8 triangles and place in an ungreased 12-inch pizza pan OR roll out in an oblong jelly roll pan or Pyrex dish

Press over bottom and up sides to form a crust and seal perforations

Brown sausage; drain fat and spoon over crust

Sprinkle with potatoes

In a bowl, mix together eggs, milk, salt and pepper and pour over potatoes

Top with Cheddar cheese

Bake in 300° to 325° oven for 25 to 30 minutes
