Breakfast Lasagna
Breakfast Lasagna is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 16 slices white sandwich bread, crust removed, 1 1/2 lb. baked or broiled ham, sliced very thin, 16 slices american cheese, 16 slices swiss cheese and 8 eggs, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.
Layer one half of the bread, ham and cheese in the order given in an 11 x 13-inch pan.
Repeat to make a second layer.
In blender, put milk, eggs, onion salt and mustard.
Blend 2 minutes and pour over layers.
Melt butter in pan, remove from heat and add cornflakes.
Sprinkle on top.
Refrigerate overnight.
Remove from refrigerator 1 1/2 hours before serving.
Bake, uncovered, at 350Β° for 30 minutes.
