Breakfast-in-a-Bag
Breakfast-In-A-Bag is an easy dinner. Made with bacon, eggs, sandwich bag, sharpened green stick (20 to 24 inches long) and hot bed of coals, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Layer bacon in bottom of sandwich bag.
Fold top of bag over 3 or 4 times.
Punch a hole through folds with a sharp stick.
Brace stick to hold bag over coals until bacon starts to cook, coating sides and bottom of bag with grease.
Remove bag, open and pour eggs directly onto bacon.
Close bag, place back on stick and lean back over coals until eggs are cooked.
When finished, tear off top half of bag and eat directly from bag.
