Breakfast Hash Browns
Breakfast Hash Browns is an easy dinner. Made with 1 (24 oz.) pkg. frozen hash browns, 2 c. half and half, 1/2 c. butter, melted, salt and pepper to taste and 1/2 c. grated parmesan cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Partially thaw the potatoes and break into pieces in a greased 9 x 13-inch pan.
Pour the half and half over the top of the potatoes.
Then add the melted butter.
Season with salt and pepper.
Sprinkle with cheese. Bake at 350Β° for 1 hour.
Serves 14 to 16.
