Breakfast Frittata
Breakfast Frittata is an easy dinner. Made with 2 c. frozen hash browns (with onion and pepper), 3 tbsp. margarine, 6 eggs, beaten with 2 tbsp. water and a dash of pepper and 1 c. cooked ham, diced, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.
In 10-inch skillet, cook hash browns in margarine until browned, stirring occasionally.
Add eggs and ham.
Cook over medium-low heat for 9 to 10 minutes, lifting edges to allow uncooked portion to flow underneath.
Continue until mixture is almost set.
Cover and remove from heat.
Let stand 3 to 4 minutes.
Cut into wedges.
