Breakfast Fried Rice(Serves 4) is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 c. precooked rice, 3 to 4 green onions, sliced, 1 clove fresh garlic, sliced, 2 tbsp. butter or oil and 1 can corned beef (any brand), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.
Fry corned beef in a large frying pan over medium heat, stirring occasionally until all fat nodules disappear.
Then remove from pan.
Saute garlic and green onions in the corned beef liquid until all onion is glossy, then remove and add to corned beef.
Add butter/oil to the pan, then scramble the eggs in the butter/oil. Then, when cooked to your taste, remove from the pan.
