Breakfast-Egg Casserole
Breakfast-Egg Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. pkg. jimmy dean hot sausage, 6 to 8 eggs, 2 c. milk, 1 1/2 to 2 c. shredded sharp cheese and 1 pkg. sage bread crumbs, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Cook sausage, preferably using iron skillet, until browned, stirring frequently; drain well.
In separate bowl, beat eggs with mustard and milk added.
In 9 x 13-inch buttered casserole dish, put layer of bread cubes, then sprinkle sausage and cheese layers. Second layer, pour mixture over top.
Preheat oven to 350Β°.
Bake 45 minutes.
Serve immediately.
Can be made and refrigerated overnight!
