Fry sausage; drain well.
Place bread in bottom of large casserole dish.
Spread cooked sausage and cheese over bread. Beat eggs and milk together; pour over bread, sausage and cheese. Refrigerate overnight.
Bake at 350Β° for approximately 45 minutes or until set.
Serves 6.
