Breakfast Crunches
Breakfast Crunches is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2/3 c. margarine, 1 egg, 3/4 c. all-purpose flour, 1 c. shredded cheddar cheese and 2/3 c. sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Beat margarine, sugar and egg in large mixing bowl.
Add flour and baking soda.
Mix well.
Stir in rolled oats, cheese, peanuts and bacon or raisins.
Drop by teaspoonfuls onto cooking sheets. Leave space between each cookie.
Bake at 350Β° for 15 minutes. Cool on wire racks.
Store in refrigerator.
Makes about 5 dozen cookies.
