Breakfast Cookies is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3/4 cup flour, 1/2 tsp. baking soda, 1/2 tsp. salt, 2/3 cup margarine and 2/3 cup sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Combine and set aside, flour, baking soda, and salt.
Cream margarine and sugar.
Add beaten egg and vanilla.
Add flour mixture, blend well.
Then add oatmeal, cheese, wheat germ and bacon.
Drop by rounded Tbsp. onto ungreased baking sheet.
Bake at 350Β° about 16 minutes.
