Breakfast Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 8 eggs, 1 c. milk, 1 lb. browned sausage, 1/2 tsp. dry mustard and 6 to 8 slices bread, break in pieces, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Mix bread pieces and meat.
Add milk and mix.
Beat eggs and add to mixture.
Add salt and pepper.
Then dry mustard and mix. Pour into 9 x 11-inch greased pan and bake 35 minutes at 350Β°. Mixture can be refrigerated overnight and then bake.
The longer it sets, the better it gets.
