Breakfast Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 6 slices white bread with crust cut off, 1 lb. sausage, cooked and drained, 1 1/2 c. shredded cheddar cheese, 6 eggs and 2 c. milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Grease a 9 x 13-inch pan with butter.
Place bread in bottom of dish.
Cover with a layer of sausage and a layer of cheese.
Beat eggs, milk and salt together and pour over cheese.
Cover and refrigerate overnight.
Next day, uncover and bake for 45 minutes at 350Β°.
