Breakfast Casserole
Breakfast Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 10 slices white bread, crust cut off, 2 sticks margarine, 1 lb. hot sausage, browned and drained, 6 eggs, slightly beaten and 2 c. milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Butter bread after crust has been removed.
Cut up into 2-inch pieces.
Butter bottom of a 9 x 13-inch Pyrex dish.
Place bread in dish.
Mix eggs and drained sausage together.
Add milk and cheese.
Pour over bread.
Refrigerate overnight.
Cook at 350Β° for 30 minutes, covered with foil.
Remove foil and cook 15 minutes, uncovered.
