Breakfast Casserole
Breakfast Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. sausage, 4 slices bread, cubed, 8 oz. grated cheddar cheese, 6 eggs and 2 c. milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Brown sausage and crumble.
Set aside after draining on paper towel.
Beat eggs.
Add milk, dry mustard, salt and pepper.
Layer bread crumbs, sausage and cheese in a buttered 13 x 9 x 2-inch casserole dish.
Cover with egg mixture and refrigerate overnight. Bake at 350Β° for 40 to 45 minutes until set and lightly browned.
I serve cranberry sauce with this.
