Breakfast Casserole
Breakfast Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 loaf white bread, 1 lb. sausage, cooked, 2 c. mozzarella cheese, 5 eggs and 3/4 tsp. dry mustard, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Place bread in bottom of 9 x 13-inch pan or larger.
Beat together eggs, mustard and milk.
Pour over bread mixture and refrigerate overnight.
Next morning cook sausage and crumble over mixture.
Add mushroom soup and milk and pour over mixture.
Add cheese.
Bake at 300Β° for 1 hour.
