Breakfast Casserole
Breakfast Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. sausage, crumbled and fried, 1 c. cheddar cheese, grated, 8 eggs, 2 c. milk and 6 slices white bread, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Combine eggs, milk, salt and mustard. Set aside. Remove crust from bread and tear into pieces.
Place half of torn bread in bottom of greased 9 x 13-inch casserole dish. Put 1/2 of the drained sausage over bread, then 1/2 of cheese.
Repeat layers. Pour egg-milk mixture over all.
Refrigerate overnight.
Place on baking sheet in 350Β° oven for 45 to 50 minutes.
