Breakfast Casserole
Breakfast Casserole is an easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. bulk sausage, cooked and drained, 8 slices bread, cubed, 8 to 10 eggs, beaten, 1/2 c. milk and 1 1/2 c. shredded cheddar cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Grease a 9 x 13-inch dish.
Layer bread, meat and cheese in dish.
Sprinkle with onion salt.
Beat eggs and milk together and pour over bread.
Cover and refrigerate overnight.
Next morning, add a can of cream of mushroom soup (or other cream soup) by pouring over top.
Bake 1 hour at 350Β° uncovered.
Serves 8.
