Breakfast Casserole
Breakfast Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 8 - slices bread, butter or margarine, 1 1/2 c. diced smokey hollow ham, 6 oz. shredded cheese and 6 eggs, beaten, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Remove crust from bread; spread bread slices with butter on each side.
Place in a greased 13 x 9 x 2 inch baking dish and set aside.
Spread ham over bread slices; sprinkle with cheese. Combine eggs and half and half; mix well and pour over cheese. Cover casserole and chill overnight.
Remove from refrigerator 15 minutes before baking.
Bake uncovered at 325 - 350Β° for 45 minutes or until set. Yield 8 servings.
