Breakfast Casserole

Brown sausage in a medium skillet.
Drain and discard any fat and set aside to cool.
Lightly beat the eggs in a large mixing bowl.
Add milk, mustard powder and salt and blend well.
Stir in bread crusts, sausage and cheese and mix well.
Pour into a shallow 2-quart glass baking dish and refrigerate overnight.
