Breakfast Casserole
Breakfast Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. sausage, 8 eggs, beaten slightly, 3 c. milk, 1 1/2 tsp. dry mustard and 1 1/2 c. grated sharp cheddar cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Brown sausage; drain.
Mix eggs, milk, salt and mustard.
Stir in the bread, sausage and cheese.
Pour into greased 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
Refrigerate overnight.
Bake at 350Β° for approximately 45 minutes to 1 hour or until golden brown and firm. Makes 10 to 12 servings.
May also add onions, green pepper and ham, if desired.
