Breakfast Casserole
Breakfast Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 6 slices white bread, crust removed, 1/2 stick margarine, 1 1/2 c. shredded cheese, 3 eggs, beaten well (i use egg beater) and 2 c. half and half, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Butter in a 9 x 13-inch Pyrex pan.
Tear bread in small pieces and sprinkle over butter.
Sprinkle sausage over bread. Then sprinkle cheese.
Beat eggs and add other ingredients; pour over cheese. for 8 hours or overnight. Bake at 350Β° for 40 to 50 minutes.
