Breakfast Casserole
Breakfast Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 lb. sausage, cooked, drained and crumbled, 3 c. milk, 9 raw eggs, slightly beaten, 2 c. cheddar cheese and 3 slices stale bread, broken into small pieces, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Combine and mix together all the ingredients.
Pour into well-greased 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish.
Refrigerate overnight. (Good for Christmas Eve.)
Set out casserole at room temperature 1 hour before baking.
(I don't always do this.)
Bake in 350Β° oven for 50 to 60 minutes or until firm and brown.
