Breakfast Casserole
Breakfast Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 8 tbsp. margarine, 6 slices bread, cubed, 8 oz. sausage, cooked, 6 oz. cheddar cheese, grated and 2 c. milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Melt margarine in a 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish.
Toss in bread cubes in melted margarine until coated.
Sprinkle cooked sausage and grated Cheddar cheese over bread.
Combine milk, eggs and dry mustard.
Pour over bread, sausage and cheese mixture. Refrigerate overnight.
Bake at 350Β° for 30 minutes.
Cut into squares.
Serves 8 hungry beachcombers along with fresh fruit and beverage.
