Breakfast Casserole
Breakfast Casserole is an easy dinner. Made with 1 (8 oz.) pkg. crescent rolls, 1 lb. owens sausage (hot or mild), 1 (8 oz.) pkg. mozzarella cheese, shredded, 4 eggs and 3/4 c. milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Brown sausage and drain fat. Spray a 9 x 15-inch pan with Pam. Place crescent rolls on the bottom to make a crust.
Sprinkle sausage and cheese over top of crescent rolls.
Mix together eggs and milk and pour over top.
Bake in a 425Β° oven for 15 minutes.
