Breakfast Casserole
Breakfast Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 6 eggs, 2 c. milk, 1 tsp. salt, 1 tsp. dried mustard and 6 slices white bread (no crusts), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Brown meat.
Drain.
Beat eggs; add salt, mustard, milk and onion.
Break bread into chunks and add to mixture with cheese. Add meat.
Place in casserole.
Refrigerate overnight.
When ready to use, take out and let stand until room temperature.
Add topping, if desired.
Bake casserole in a pan of water at 350Β° for 45 minutes.
Serves 6.
