Breakfast Casserole
Breakfast Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 8 thin slices of bread, 1 lb. sausage, sharp cheese, 5 eggs and 3 c. milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Butter the Bread.
Place 4 slices of Bread Butter side down in a 9 x 13 inch baking dish.
Add grated Cheese.
Add Sausage (browned and crumbled).
Place other 4 slices of Bread Butter side up on top of Sausage.
Beat 5 Eggs and 3 cups of Milk, Salt and Dry Mustard.
Pour over casserole.
Cover and refrigerate overnight. Bake at 350 for 50 minutes.
