Breakfast Casserole
Breakfast Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 16 slices crustless bread, 1 1/2 lb. sausage, browned and drained, 8 to 16 oz. shredded cheddar cheese, 7 eggs and 1 1/2 tsp. dry mustard, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Layer 8 slices of bread in large casserole baking dish.
Add 1/2 of sausage and 1/2 of cheese.
Repeat layers.
Mix eggs, dry mustard and milk.
Pour over layers in casserole.
Whirl crusts in blender, then mix with 1 stick of butter.
Sprinkle on top of casserole.
Refrigerate overnight.
Bake at 300Β° for 1 hour.
