Breakfast Casserole
Breakfast Casserole is an easy dinner. Made with 6 slices bread, 6 eggs, 1 c. milk, 1 lb. your choice meat (ham, sausage, bacon or scrapple) and 1 c. cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Butter bread on both sides, then tear up and put into an oblong 9 x 13-inch pan.
Beat your eggs and milk together and pour over your bread.
Brown your meat and spread over the top of your casserole.
Spread your grated cheese on top.
Bake 20 minutes at 350Β°.
Cut in squares and enjoy.
Makes 4 servings.
