Breakfast Casserole
Breakfast Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 6 eggs, beaten, 2 c. milk, 2 c. shredded cheddar cheese, 1 can crescent rolls and 1 stick margarine, melted, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Brown sausage; drain.
Spray Pam on bottom of 13 x 9-inch casserole dish.
Spread crescent roll dough on bottom of dish. Spread sausage or ham over the dough.
Mix eggs, milk, bell pepper, mushrooms and Cheddar cheese together and pour on top of sausage or ham.
Then pour melted margarine on top.
Cover and refrigerate overnight.
Bake at 350Β° for 35 to 40 minutes.
Will serve 8 to 10 people.
