Breakfast Casserole
Breakfast Casserole is an easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. sausage, 6 to 10 slices bread, crusts trimmed, 2 c. shredded cheddar cheese and 8 to 10 eggs, beaten, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Brown sausage in skillet, stirring until crumbly.
Drain. Line bottom of greased 9 x 13-inch baking dish with bread.
Layer cheese and sausage over bread.
Pour eggs over layers.
Chill, covered, overnight.
Bake for 30 minutes or until center is set in a preheated 350Β° oven.
Yields 8 servings.
