Cook sausage, breaking it into bits as you cook it.
Drain and set aside.
Beat eggs; add milk, salt and mustard.
Layer bread in greased 9 x 9-inch baking dish; add sausage and cheese.

Cover and refrigerate overnight. Uncover and pop in 350Β° oven for 45 minutes.
