Breakfast Casserole
Breakfast Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. grits, 1 tsp. salt, 4 c. water, 1 stick margarine and 1/4 lb. velveeta cheese, grated, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Cook grits in water with salt for 5 to 6 minutes.
Brown sausage in a skillet, then drain.
In a large bowl, combine grits, sausage and all other ingredients.
Mix well.
